My wife loved this gift for our tenth anniversary of our first date. She even took down one of her previous photos for the wall and replaced it with this one.

My print arrived and had a small indent on the one side that the frame didn't cover. I asked for black on black but received a green matte. I wish I could have received what I had ordered.

I was disappointed by the image. It was fuzzy, the icon was cartoonish and too large. I actually didn't even end up giving it my bf as intended. I deleted it and tossed the print I had made. Felt amateurish.

No matter where I tried to print the picture came out blurry. I didn't want to pay so much on the website for it. I might be going somewhere else next time.

Super schone Geschenkidee. Leider hat der Konfigurator nicht ganz so funktioniert. Die von mir angegebene Adresse hatte Abweichungen auf der Karte. Nach anderungen der Hausnummer wurde die Stecknadel richtig gesetzt und so wurde es bestellt. Bei der Bestellbestatigung wurde die Stecknadel an die „falsche" Adresse gesetzt. Zudem landete die Bestellbestatigung im Spam und nach 24 h konnte mir der Kundenservice nicht helfen, außer einen Rabatt fur die nachste Bestellung anzubieten. Daher bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden. Werde den Fehler uberkleben und das Bild dennoch verwenden, da es etwas einzigartiges ist.

Still have yet to recieve my order. First order was lost apparently, Said a new estimated delivery date would be march 17th-19th, yet the tracking order just says pending with no delivery date even estimated. I ordered this around jan 20th as a valentines day present, so no present came sadly, and im still not confident i will recieve my reorder. I had to search very hard to not even find a phone number to call about my order, but found an email address off of instagram. I will not be ordering anything else from this website ( i did see multiple things i HAD wanted ) and have already told a lot of people that i feel scammed and to never buy from this company. Lets hope i didnt make the wrong decision accepting the reprint rather than a refund, and hopefully it wont take 2 more months to get.

Les affiches sont superbes. Par contre gros bemol sur la livraison, j'ai fais une faute de frappe sur le code postal ce qui a engendre un probleme de livraison. Le site m'annonce que les affiches sont donc detruites et que je dois re-payer 50% de ma commande pour me la renvoyer. Apres plusieurs echanges ils me proposent de re-payer uniquement les frais de livraison, ce que j'accepte et apprecie leur geste. Je reçois donc mes 2 affiches. Sauf que je reçois quelques jours plus tard les 2 premieres affiches sensees etre detruites. J'ai donc re-paye des frais de livraison pour rien.

Je suis tres satisfaite de mon œuvre d'art qui represente pour nous nous lieu de rencontre et nous rappelle chaque jour que nous nous aimons ! Le plan en noir et les 2 cœurs rouges s'accordent a merveille et le bois du cadre est vraiment de bonne qualite. Je mettrais un seul bemol sur le plexi qui pour ma part est raye a quelques endroits et j'aurai prefere du verre pour un rendu encore plus classe.
