I received my order. I love it and it looks fabulous! The only comment I would make is with the packaging. The print was rolled but sort of flattened so it has folds in it now. I'm laying it flat with weight on it to try and get the folds out. Not a big issue but room for improvement. Thanks again!

I got this image for an anniversary on canvas. Image was adorable and good quality. Arrived within the expected time frame. I'm giving this 3 stars because the image came tilted on the frame, which unfortunately gives it the overall appearance of being cheap. It's securely stapled (thankfully), but therefore isn't an easy fix. $100 is too much for such little attention to detail.

Exactly what I wanted

I found the image to be a lot lighter and faded in color than what I imagined when selecting custom colors online. I tried taking photos of it for Instagram but it looked even lighter with the streets not very visible.

Le principe est sympa mais pendant la creation il m a ete impossible de placer un marqueur rouge sur le l endroit desire. Une fois ma commande reçu ja i egalement ete decu de la resolution de l image qui etait moin jolie que sur le telephone..

I am very happy with how it turned out. I really liked being able to customize the colors. No other sky map company I found offers that. Very nice print. It did arrive rolled, but it lays as it should in a frame. It is odd that the East and West are labeled on the wrong sides. Overall, I'm very happy with it as my anniversary gift to my husband!

Our gift to my brother and sis in law for their first home was the best gift ever! The entire shopping experience and the product is definitely one of the best! Thank you!

First, after completing my purchase - PositivePrints reached out to me to tell me that they no longer have black frames available. Okay, guess I'll settle for the black frame. Then, deliver was pushed multiple days for whatever reasons unknown. When the frame and print arrived, the print was damaged due to the tightness of the tape on the super thin paper surrounding the print. The "frosted" glass makes it difficult to see the print, unless the print is pressed right up against it, but because of the design of the frame and the back pins, you can't get the print pressed right up to the "frosted" glass. All in all, would not use PositivePrints again for any future gifts.
