It came in less than a week from order date to Canada but, it was slightly creased in one of the corners when I first opened the package. Not super noticeable if you're not looking very hard, so it was fine.

After placing my order, I got an email explaining there was a inventory issue with the frame I had chosen. The customer service team (Adrianna) reached out and was super kind and immediately helped rectify the situation with other frame options. I'm very pleased with the print and with the frame. Great quality! I will definitely recommend them to friends.

I received my order and it looks wonderful, what a special gift. My first print came and somehow got wet at the bottom right corner, seems it may have happened in route, maybe on the delivery truck. However, I contacted customer service and got an immediate response from Adrianna, apologizing for the mishap and letting us know that a new print was being shipped that day, at no cost to us. As noted, this time the print was great. It's very nice to know that there are still companies out there who take pride in their customer service, kudos Positive Prints, thank you!
