Easy to order and delivered quickly. It pumped up easily and quickly too. I bit wobbly at first to sleep on (a bit like a water bed I imagine) but you get used to the feeling after a while. Good 3 nights sleep had. So handy if you don’t have enough beds for visitors. It deflates easily and quickly too however it is then more bulky than when it arrived so not easy to store after use. An extra large laundry bag was my solution!

I had to return a faulty king size airbed. The customer service was 1st class. I had a reply to my email with one hour and a confirmation of a replacement within two hours

Paid extra for next day delivery and the package arrived on time. Very pleased with the new air bed, very good quality. Could have done with a carry case or cover to put it back into but managed to squeeze back into the box so no problem.

Meet expectations in everyway

Arrived with two large cuts in the bottom, ended up sleeping on the floor because the patches didn't work. Tried all sorts but nothing. Getting a refund was quite faffy; there's not direct refund on the website so had to email and request an email response before an agent gets in touch to offer a replacement. Immediately said no and a refund was issued pretty quickly although it took about 5 days to clear in my account fully. Second airbed ordered which was defective on arrival. Won't be returning. Generic "feedback request" email which didn't even have my name or the product titled correctly shows poor management.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this bed, since the moment I inflated it, all it has done is deflate, it came damaged with 2 holes, and I’m extremely unsatisfied as I am on the floor

Mixed experience. Ordered the double mattress via Amazon UK. There was a clear image on there of the mattress with a storage bag and this is what I was looking for. Upon receipt there were no repair patches nor a storage bag in the box. emails with Customer Services got the patches sent very quickly however apparently the mattress doesnt come with a bag - the main reason for choosing this product. What use is a travel or temporary mattress if you've got nowhere to store it safely? However, the mattress itself is good, it inflates well, is apparently comfortable to sleep on and other than I am only currently able to put it in a strong carrier bag Id be satisfied. Customer Services were very helpful and quick to respond on all emails. Id recommend to friends however I cant see anyone wanting one without a bag to store it in, so its likely they'd choose another make.
