Items arrived as expected. Love the witty emails about how to care for my new bamboos. Would buy again!

Very clear website dedicated to bamboos - everything you need to know about planting bamboo is in there. Ordering process was so easy…. Digging the trench for the bamboo was a big pain but worth it!

Great job by Matt and the team!

I wish to give Matt 5 stars for the service he provided in supplying me with a bamboo which is looking really healthy. I found him very sympathetic, knowledgeable and true to his word. He supplied the bamboo on the given date and was able to deliver one which was taller than 2 metres, whereas other firms will not.

Brilliant! This is a company that really understands customer experience. The product is great, we received 5 healthy bamboo plants but unfortunately they weren’t the height we ordered. I left a message and within minutes had a call back from Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful. The advice is all clear and I love the marketing and follow up email which made me smile. Well done BambooGiant a refreshing experience 👍😁

i love the bamboo, i see it as a friend and not a possession, my bamboo goes by the name of Bernard. we are very happy.

Plants arrived quickly and in very good condition. A good company to deal with!

Love the bamboos so much ordered 3more !! So quick to arrive extremely happy

My experience of buying from Bamboo Giant was a delight from start to finish, The web site is attractive, informative & full of humour. Matt was extremely helpful in helping me choose my bamboo and the delivery service used was excellent. The plants arrived in great condition on an extremely windy day after a lot of awful weather. My beautiful bushy bisset bamboo are doing very well. Thank you BambooGiant.

Fantastic product, service and communication. Thank you

Excellent, human, humorous customer communication and support. Bamboo specimen was bigger and healthier than I've ever seen in a garden centre or bought online. Really, a perfect plant. Best-ever information, even reminders on care. I'd use again and again, and fill my garden with bamboo if I could!

Fantastic service everybody very helpful. The plants themselves are superb quality and do not disappoint. THE place to go for bamboo.

Great service, great plants, great..... Humor 😁 Very pleased, thank you (although i had expected the delivery of at least 2 Buddhist Monks to tend and nurture the plants 🤔).
