Excellent service from start to finish. Great plants.

Very quick delivery, good communication and the plants are great quality

Fantastic service, excellent communication about our order and delivery. Bamboo plants are super healthy and huge compared to what is available at our local garden centres (the garden centre plants are much more expensive too.) We weren’t sure if we were doing the right thing ordering online but so glad we did! Would not hesitate to buy from Bamboo Giant again.

Matt was brilliant at answering my emails, providing useful information and a photo. Delivery was swift and efficient. I’m very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I’m now sitting in my garden admiring my new bamboos. Thank you!

Impressed by delivery service and quality of the bamboo plants received. Did tried to call for some advice though and left a message, but no-one responded. This dropped my score down from 4 to 3

Matt was very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend. My bamboo I ordered are lovely.

Service was top notch , I recieved my bamboo sooner than expected. My plants are amazing, healthy and as advertised. The dispatch email was a nice touch too. Overall highly recomended.

It is out there, looking amazing. I hope it will soon block my view of a neighbouring property. Now where do I get a panda?

Excellent fast service and responses and brilliant bamboo as described! Thank you! Have used twice now

Quick delivery, with great after care instructions with a lot of humour, made me laugh. Bamboo in place and looking good thanks.

Can not rate Bamboo giant highly enough, from all the information on their website in helping me choose which bamboo would be right for us to the lighthearted delivery information email to the email reminder to water the bamboo that we had chosen, we ordered a golden crookstem bamboo and we were delivered exactly what we asked for well packaged healthy bamboo
