Absolutely delighted with the bamboo, beautiful plants well packaged and in perfect condition. Excellent after sales service . Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything great, no complaints

Beautiful healthy plants, perfectly packed - arrived when expected. Excellent comms - all done with great humour. Highly recommend

Great plant, great service and well priced

When I ordered my bamboo, I had no idea that it would be so lovingly prepared and blessed in the traditional Buddhist way. I now feel truly blessed too. My beautiful and strong bamboo is now flourishing in the countryside of Aberdeenshire sending out peace and love to the surrounding hills.

Very helpful and friendly. Bamboos arrived in very good condition and look great!

Super helpful with advice, very responsive to emails. Prompt delivery and nice product, so far thriving. And possibly the best (funniest) dispatch email I've ever received. Almost worth ordering just for that. Top stuff.

Excellent customer service kept me informed of a late delivery excellent bamboo plants. Thank you

Great Bamboo! We love it

Plants were excellent. Decent suze and condition. Loves the email describing their journey. Will most certainly recommend to others and will be ordering again. Good job. James

Lovely bamboo plants. Looked a little bit tired but that may simply the stress of being in a pot and shipped around. Arrived. Planted and within a couple days they looked fresh. Lovely service. Had a chat with one of the team before ai bought who helped me decide on the type to buy.

Received excellent service and great customer advice from Matt. The bamboos are amazing and healthy as advertised. Really well wrapped for transportation and the delivery driver was very friendly, helpful and overall received great service. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent advice and customer service throughout. Had a bit of a drama with the delivery (it never arrived on the given day!!) contacted Matt who dealt with everything and the bamboo’s arrived in perfect condition the next day. Really well wrapped for transportation. On opening they are really full and bushy. Re-potted them the same day into larger pots - which they needed! If you want quality plants at a very reasonable price and wonderful service, look no further.

Excellent service. We’re well pleased with our Bamboo and youre great advice re future care. Many thanks.
