The bamboo are stunning and everything else ordered arrived beautifully and carefully packed. Extraordinary company who have excelled and distinguished themselves in every way.... exceptional in their products and their customer service. Exceedingly helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Great service and perfect plant. Would definitely recommend.

A really fantastic service, with great advice on varieties and planting, excellent stock and very prompt despatch. Matt was a font of knowledge. I could not recommend Bamboo Giant highly enough.

Have bought from Bamboo Giant 4 times now. Twice the full price offering and twice some seconds as less obvious areas and really just being extravagant. First batch of seconds were great but this time particularly noticeable lower quality so tbh not really worth the saving. Contacted Matt who resolved my query and was very responsive. Delivery from company excellent as were communications. I unfortunately have no more room for more Bamboos (I now have 17 in individual barrell planters) but if I had more space would definitely use them again.

Very helpful and informative Bamboo arrived promptly and was in great condition when it arrived especially as I had purchased the 2.8m tall bamboo would definitely recommend this company.
