Ordered green Bamboo and it was delivered in record time and in fantastic condition.Very good plants,I will be needing black bamboo soon and will definitely be getting them from Bamboo Giant.Fantastic company, highly recommend.

Great service, from our initial contact asking questions to a faultless delivery. A great business to deal with. The bamboo is top quality. Definitely a business to recommend.

A very speedy delivery for us ~ as we were staying for a couple of days at mum's in London- lots of good instructions - fun to read through the emails too...you can see whoever is running this business is dedicated, 'switched on' & loves what they do! Thanks so much.. oh, by the way, this company was cheaper than the local garden centre too! Fabulous to deal with... My son found this company on goggle ! :~)) I hope they keep doing well, our Bamboo has settled in really nicely!! Thanks for everything :~D SparklieDebzz @ Crystal Labyrinth

The plants are very healthy and bigger than expected. The customer service was great from my first question to delivery.

Very happy with service and quality

Great Service. Trees of great quality, arrived in a pot, strong packing net with some food. I was sent an email on how to look after the Bamboos which is useful. From order to delivery and after care. Would recommend.

Excellent services. Matt was brilliant. Easy to order on line. Quick and reassurance responds to queries. Bamboos arrived in good and healthy conditions wrapped in netting + instructions. Received after sale email to remind water bamboos during dry season.

Awesome huge bamboo! Yes, fairly expensive but cheaper than from a garden centre. No hassle trying to transport as delivered to your door. Arrived quickly and in fantastic condition.

Fantastic value for a 1.5m bamboo plant and I loved the customer service email from Matt to confirm delivery. Would order again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic service. Plants arrived within a few days of ordering. Nice healthy plants.

I ordered 2 yellow stem bamboos for a planter 4' x 5' x 3' deep for screening. I think I could have got 3 but they were such good plants they will soon fill it. They arrived in good time, were carefully packaged and delivered.. Got planted the same day with the fertiliser provided. The confirmation of the delivery was brilliant and made me laugh a lot! Am telling everyone about Bamboogiant. I would buy more if I had the space!

Very pleased with my bamboo plant, a good size. Communications with the company were faultless and a fast and efficient delivery. Couldn’t have wished for any better.

Great plants and good service

Excellent product and enjoyable email , customers who buy this product will know what I mean

Excellent service and delivery. These are the second order and the quality of the plants is exceptional. The purchase from last year of plants are proving to grow very well. We now have 32 bamboo plants and are very pleased with every one of them

So glad my wife found Bamboo Giant in time…. I almost bought the half dead Bamboo from B&Q for the same price!!!! So pleased with my two Bamboos from Bamboo Giant.

Thankyou Matt for my wonderful Buddhist monk blessed bamboo. Fantastic company and lovely product. I’m sure they will grow and flourish after such a wonderful send off from the Tibetan hills.
