This company have been amazing from start to finish. Ordering was really easy and straightforward and the shipping notification was absolutely fantastic and had me laughing for a good 5 minutes. My bamboo arrived in great condition, super healthy with a little pack of fertiliser. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for bamboo and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Great service - quickly delivered, good updates, very friendly+funny (and helpful) updates - would def use again

Great company with brilliant communication skills and advice to manage the bamboo. Product was excellent and looks amazing in the garden

Wonderful service with a quick response when I realised I'd made an error with our order. The bamboo is looking happy and stunning even though we've had record heat temperatures.

Fantastic plants delivered in excellent condition (despite being seconds). Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy bamboo

Brilliant! I bought two beautiful bamboo plants for my sisters 50th birthday. They arrived exceeding expectations. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Unlike an experience I have recently had with GardeningExpress.com (I would not recommend shopping with them!) I have already shared BambooGiant to bamboo loving friends. Well done BambooGiant, and thank you for a fabulous online experience.

excellent service and excellent plants

Good quality plants. Very large and healthy. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this company and their staff.

The bamboo plant arrived in excellent condition - really gorgeous, healthy and bushy. And it was delivered really quickly (next day delivery service). Will definitely buy any future bamboo from BambooGiant, highly recommend.

I’m delighted with my bamboo. It’s beautiful. The price was great too. I loved the humour of the communications too. This company clearly cares about the bamboo too. They sent a care sheet, plant food and reminder emails about watering. Great communication about delivery and the bamboo was package carefully. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely plants. Arrived in good condition and appeared to have an extra plant as maybe the original was smaller than ordered so that was a nice touch. Supplied with fertiliser for plants- measured out to the right quantity. Already grown since we had them. After care and advice on the website is very good. Would definitely recommend and would buy from here again

All very positive, our Bamboo arrived promptly & in good order. Nice people to deal with & a follow up e-mail to Remind us how important it is to water new plants especially in this current heat wave

Excellent product, delivery quickly. Thoroughly recommended
