Excellent service all the way. Matt kept me informed when there were delays (no fault of his at all) and worked with me to ensure I was a happy customer. Would recommend Bamboo giant time & time again. Very Happy!

Bamboo delivered on the date advised. Looks to be in really good condition. Care pretty easy - it’s hardly stopped raining since it arrived last week!

Excellent service thanks.

Excellent Plant supplied overall dealing with this company was a pleasure

Brilliant

We have bought multiple bamboos from Bamboo Giant and each one has been of extremely good quality and no hassle delivery. Care and advice tips are also received from the supplier which are a nice touch. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Excellent product, value and service. Would shop here again and highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks you!

Great product, easy and quick to communicate with including organising a specific delivery day. Issue with the first planned delivery but they were open about the issue and didn’t cover it, were apologetic and re-arranged quickly and kept me informed. Would highly recommend

Excellent service. Knowledgeable team. Great customer service. Delivery was easy and even had a reminder to water the plants. All plants looked far better than any I have seen locally.
