Great service. Called to say delivering and we sorted out a safe place to leave the bamboo. Bamboo looks great - thanks 😀

Delighted with my new bamboo arrivals. We’ll packed, careful delivery and good care instructions provided

Just brilliant

Bamboos arrived well packaged and looked healthy. Actually they were in better shape than bamboos in nearby garden centers. And cheaper. We planted them following Matt’s instructions and they seem happy in their new home.

Excellent plants and very good (and humouress!) customer service and communications - recommended!

Lovely plants, really quick, plenty of information including a reminder to water. Would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic service and quick delivery. Bamboo plants look amazingly healthy.

First time ordering with Bamboo giant and I'm glad I did. Great communication, excellent information for a novice like myself, delivery was swift and an aftercare email with more advice! I highly recommend this company and Matt was great. Thank you so much for a pleasant transaction.

Just fantastic, service, bamboo plants and aftercare

Very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me select what I needed

Brilliant,quick service. Lovely quality plants

Excellent quality plants at a great price delivered safely and promptly.

Matt was extremely helpful when ordering and got the delivery out to me very quickly, even though they were super busy. The bamboo was absolutely lovely, great condition - and massive! The little follow ups on care of the bamboo were helpful too. Will definitely go back to BambooGiant if I decide I want some more.

Matt was very helpful on the phone & by email. Bamboo arrived very quickly and well packaged. Only downside was that 2 plants were bursting out of their pots but this made it easier to get them out compared to the 4 plants that were packed so tightly the only way to get them out was to cut open the pot.

Fast delivery and plants in great condition on arrival. Will definitely use again!

Delivery was rapid, and the plants arrived in excellent health.

Good advice, good product, and good service. Excellent.

Excellent
