Ordered bamboo, excellent advice, bamboo looks fab, would highly recommend

Delivery took a little longer than I thought but communication was good and I was kept updated . I ordered three 8ft bamboos and they are absolutely lovely … just what I needed for privacy . They are full and healthy I just hope I can keep them going in this heatwave but I’m so so pleased with them . Thank you

Excellent service and after sales support

Really pleased with my Bamboo. Exactly as promised. Well prepared for delivery, no damage to the plant when I received it. Had a problem with ordering on the website but a quick phone call solved that (user error). Would definitely order more bamboo from here. Very happy.

The Baamboo Plants arrived in good condition and I am impressed by how healthy they are, perfect for the requirement - an instant screen of neighbours. Will be buying more in the future from Bamboo Giant.

This is the second time I’ve bought from Bamboo Giant. Their service is second to none and I’d highly recommend them. My new bamboo arrived in great condition and on time - a rare event for the Scottish Highlands!

Excellent advice and customer service from first contact. Plants delivered in good time and we are very happy with the much needed screening we now have. Thank you.

I thoroughly recommend Bamboo Giant. This has been my second lot of bamboo from this company, and it exceeds my expectations every time. The trees are so big, bushy and healthy. Just going to make my third purchase. I wouldn't buy bamboo from anywhere else.
