Great mature bamboo just what we wanted, was healthy feed provided too

Very rapid delivery

Received my bamboos and climber yesterday - well packed and transported Exceptionally pleased with the size and quality of plants - they arrived 'happy' giving the feeling they have been loved and nurtured and not just grown and shipped from an on-mass uncaring money making conveyor belt. XPD Delivery Service need to pull their socks up big time with their processing and communication/info but the delivery driver could not have been more friendly and helpful when they arrived ... the delivery, now I know what to expect (or rather, may or may not experience again ) has not put me off doing another order straight away ... I doubt if I would be able to get such wonderful plants and such a reasonable price elsewhere - Matt was kind and patient and its great to support hard working small or family businesses with good ethics who have a genuine interest, love and pride in what they do.

Fantastic plants. We never expected them to be so big. They look beautiful in our large black troughs. Very well packaged. We love them.

Good plants - much taller than expecting and despite being seconds, they look great. Think they were less green because of the delivery company taking 4 days to deliver them but can see new leaves coming. My neighbour’s horrible extension is going to be hidden soon ! Good advice and help from Matt - thank you so much

Excellent communication from the company regarding delivery date. The bamboo looks very healthy and is taller than I expected (this is good as I’m using it a ‘living’ barrier).

Great communication and very helpful

Easy to order online. Honest delivery info and great quality plants, much much better value than any local garden centre. Will use again.

Matt couldn't have been more helpful, even when let down by the courier. Bamboo screen looks great in my cattle trough planters.

Absolutely gorgeous bamboo!! And Matt was so helpful from start to finish. Also the website has to have a credit too. It’s so easy to navigate and has all the i formation needed especially for someone like me who never had bamboo before.

Brilliant Comms all the way along to safe delivery and lovely black bamboo doing exactly what we wanted.

Really lovely healthy bamboo and great help from Matt in deciding which type to order.

I was a little cautious about purchasing online without seeing the bamboo first, as you never know what to expect, but I decided to take a chance and place an order, and I'm so very pleased I did. I can't quite believe how lush, tall, and stunningly beautiful these bamboos are (they only arrived today). I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Excellent company.

Bamboos arrived in healthy condition - bushier than I expected! 2 bamboos in the planter looks stunning instantly besides the garden furniture…. Will be ordering a couple more!

My go to company for bamboo. Just had another planter and bamboo delivered. Perfecto

Excellent service and bamboo plants arrived in good condition

Delivery was quick and large bamboos arrived in good condition and are thriving

Fantastic black bamboo plant

Excellent service. Bamboo arrived quicker than expected. Very impressed with delivery service. The truck had hydraulic suspension which enabled it to back up our short steep drive!

Great value plants
