10 plants arrived yesterday, planted today. Great condition and providing us an instant privacy screen to neighbours next door. Couldn’t fault the shipping other than 0730 on a Saturday morning, but that was because the second carrier from Glasgow hub could make the Friday afternoon slot - all good though.

I experienced great customer service which started with a phone call to ask for advice. Refreshingly , the phone was answered and the person I spoke to was really helpful. My bamboo trees arrived on time and were much bigger than I was expecting. Very happy with my purchase. ☺️

The plants were excellent and look great. Unfortunately delivery did not live up to the same standards. This was the message from the delivery company: Your Bamboo Giants order will be delivered today. The delivery will be made within the hours of 08:00 - 18:00. If you're not going to be in, our driver will leave a card and you will be able to rearrange delivery.

Excellent quality and size, very happy with the plants, perfect to screen the area l needed. Highly recommended. The only negative was the promised overnight delivery. The plants were scanned and arrived at the carrier’s local deport early on Friday morning but were not delivered until Monday afternoon. The plants were therefore very dry. The delivery company DX, don’t respond to emails and don’t answer the phone. Trust Pilot reviews for DX are 99% negative.
