Bought three fabulous big bamboo plants & they are gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend.

Bamboo arrived quickly and looked great.

Great service, advice and response time to queries. Would recommend.

Great advice from the team before purchasing and the quality and size of the plants were excellent. Much better than the plants we looked at in local garden centres. Highly recommend.

I ordered 3 bamboo from the seconds section so was expecting lower quality. What I received were 3 gorgeous, full and tall bamboos. Packing and delivery were spot on and communication while I was waiting for delivery was perfect. Such a lovely company!

Ordered 3 bamboo plants much better than expected 2.5 meters high and bushey well packed and and delivered with care

We found this company by chance and I would highly recommend. Excellent plants and service. We placed our order and they were delivered within 48 hours. Loved the chatty website.

Delivered on time and in good condition.

Great plants, delivered fast and efficiently thankyou

Thank you to BambooGiant. My two plants arrived in good condition and within the delivery timescale. Good communication and clear website. Already planted and looking splendid. Now all I have to do is wait for them to grow a little more and give me the screening I would like. Can't seem to find a panda in there though! Thanks

Beautiful bamboos, came with simple care instructions and a packet of plant food. Great customer service too - I had a couple of questions and they were answered promptly.

Very prompt delivery

Delivered really quickly. Packaged really well. Great healthy good size bamboo. Happy with purchase. Would definately recommend Bamboo Giant. Thank you

Really helpful website with sizing, arrived quickly and plants are lovely. Particularly appreciated the sense of humour in the dispatched email 🤣 once the weather is better and garden is tidied and rearranged will be going back for more!

Fantastic service. Quick delivery and beautiful, healthy plants. I will be ordering more for sure!

we're very pleased with the quality and size of the plants rec. a little puzzled as to how they became pot-bound so quickly after their recent journey from the foothills of Tibet!!! but no problem, they are lovely plants and excellent value. Thank you.

Was delivered in no time at all, website had clear instructions how to plant. Bought my planters separately (only as didn’t have as many in stock as I needed!). Look great on our garden to give a bit of privacy in a new build garden

Excellent service with humour in confirmation email, loved it!

Absolutely BRILLIANT service. Although I purchased plants from the 'seconds' range I am Absolutely chuffed with the condition. Instant screening and privacy. I have, and will continue to recommend Bamboo Giant to friends and family. Such quick delivery too, an all round 10/10 experience.

Very helpful in advance and highly efficient in delivery etc, Good bamboos, happy to recommend them
