Delighted with the bamboo and the customer service was excellent

Fantastic quality product at a great price. Will definitely promote to friends and family! Thank you.

We are new to growing bamboo but after much research ordered 3 tall Bisset bamboo plants from Bamboo Giant. All 3 plants arrived promptly and in beautiful condition. They are great value for money and the care information on the website is fantastic. Not only is the site helpful but you also receive personal emails with helpful advice. We are extremely happy customers and could not recommend Bamboo Giant more highly.

I was very pleased with the customer service, we’ve planted the bamboo… they look wonderful. Delivery was a nightmare, I hope that would be a one-off! (we’re down a private road but Palletline seems particularly thick)

Thank you for wonderful service bamboo arrived in great condition . It looks great in its new large pot with tiny fairy lights amongst the stems.

Very impressed with quality of the bamboo and the ease of ordering, delivery and followup emails on the care.

A fantastic service from start to finish especially loving the little personal touches. Bamboo arrived in good condition and packaged well for the journey. Nutrients also included for planting and communication during and after was a lovely touch. Would definitely buy from BambooGiant again!

Very good service and plants

The plants arrived in perfect condition, the height and quality just as I had hoped. All advice has been helpful and communication has been spot on. The netting the plants arrive in is fine plastic so, hopefully, an alternative will be available soon. I will recommend Bamboo Giant to friends

Excellent advice, excellent service, speedy delivery, excellent bamboo, excellent after-care contact.

great!

Delivered ahead of my expectations and all plants seemed very healthy. They have been planted up a week, fed and watered as directed and new shoots are appearing already. Very very pleased…will be ordering more.

Prompt delivery, well packaged, healthy plants and a good price too.

Great customer service even when the delivery firm messed the order up

10/10 for the e-mail letting me know that my order was on the way! It was well written and very funny and definitely raised the excitement level for my first ever delivery of bamboo! The whole purchasing event was easy and I think my four 2.4m plants arrived within 5 days of placing the order. All round excellent delivery and very nice looking plants. I think I may even order some more! Many thanks to all at BambooGiant. Highly recommend.
