Great plants, lovely condition and super responsive to messages. Will be back to buy more ☺️

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Very prompt and friendly advice on query by email. Kept informed throughout of order process. Plants delivered were of excellent quality and well packaged. Would highly recommend and would buy again if needed.

Amazing service and help. I’d ordered 3 bamboo which they advised they didn’t want to send as plants weren’t up to scratch and they were out of stock of the size and variety I’d ordered. Matt and I had a conversation and exchange of emails regarding where I was siting and purpose of what I wanted, Came up with an alternative variety on the Wednesday and they arrived in the Thursday - in v good condition and exactly as described size wise.  Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend any time.

Matt super great help bamboo exceptional for the price. Very happy

Excellent Customer service, excellent product and on time with their delivery. Will definitely be using Bamboo Giant again in the future. 10/10

Im very happy with my beautiful and bushy and tall Bissetii bamboo. I've had others from another company and these are far better and cheaper. Quick delivery even though they said it could be up to 10 days. I'd definitely recommend.
