Brilliant service. Kept up to date and very happy with the plants received. Would buy some more, but you are currently sold out! Thank you.

Really excellent and friendly customer service. Communication was also very good and we're very happy with our order. It's great when you find a company that love their product and want their customers to have a good experience. spot on!

Brilliant. Really quick delivery, lots of advice around the planting of the bamboo and how to look after it. Bamboo was taller than described and in excellent condition and the emails were really fun and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Bamboo Giant both pre-sales and after-sales. My plant arrived on time, in very good condition and even came with a small bag of fertilizer. By contrast, I have previously bought a similar plant from a different online provider who could certainly learn a thing or two from BG when it comes to customer service.

Great service

Helpful service and delivery quick. Obviously I don’t know how the plants will do but so far all very good.

Huge well packaged plants delivered within a week. Will be buying more soon

Excellent plants at a reasonable price. Quick turnaround and good communication. I’ve bought bamboos here before and I’ll definitely be back when I need some more.
