A great experience from start to finish. I needed advice as to which bamboo would suit our coastal garden and Matt was quick to respond to the initial enquiry and also to many

Good quality plants, as described.

speedy delivery and nicely wrapped. bamboo fitted same description. even emailed aftercare instructions!

Ba Ba Boom! Bamboo at its best. Delivery prompt. Service hard to better. What’s not to like.

Great product and service, no problems. Thank you

Great company, Màtt was very helpful on the phone, with knowledgeable advice. Order arrived promptly and very well packed, very pleased.

Found the website to be very informative, friendly and welcoming. Ordering and delivery was a simple process. Good quality product (10 bamboos) arrived well packaged. The most difficult part of planting them was trying to get them out of the pots,  I did struggle and had to resort to sawing the pot to break them out which was a bit of a waste as I can’t re-use them or recycle them. Maybe something to think about a more green alternative for the future.  Will definitely purchase more bamboos when needed.  Thank you.

This is my second purchase from Bamboo Giant, Mats Customer Service is excellent, he Really knows a lot about his Bamboo Plants, so helpful when you ask him questions, If I need anymore Bamboo I would only use this company, and believe me I’m fussy wear I purchase from x

Excellent service and communication with this company . Top quality bamboo which arrived quickly and with full instructions and feed. Instructional aftercare email was very informative. Also it was nice to communicate with a seller with a good sense of humour . Well done 5⭐️

all plants arrived very healthy full of leaves and the sizes expected

Beautiful healthy plants delivered quickly and safely. This is the second time I have ordered from Bamboo Giant and would order again except I have no more space in my garden!

My plants arrived very quickly; amazing how fast transport from Tibet is. Considering they were seconds they are in excellent condition and are happily settling into their new space. Really appreciate the reminder to water. I am talking to them regularly too. Many thanks from probably your favourite customer Val

Beautiful bamboo plants delivered with care in great condition. Very competitive prices too. Would definitely recommend!

Item as described, some handy fertiliser not mentioned during transaction came with the 3 healthy trees. We had some extra communications which was handled impeccably. Delivery was extra prompt, i think it was a bit out of season which helped but even so, credit where its due. Would 100% use again.

Incredibly quick delivery. Nice big plants - you’d never guess they are seconds. Just wish I’d used them before.

The Bamboo arrived so quickly and it looks stunning, exceeded my expectations. I had a question for the team which they answered so speedily. Very impressed!

Brilliant personal service from Matt. Would 10/10 buy from them again. Thanks for all your help!

East and quick delivery!
