A great produce coupled with good personal service

Prompt delivery and bamboo in good condition and value for money. Telephone call prior to delivery to check intended use of bamboo and advice given which helped. Will definitely be buying more.

This is our second order from BambooGiant. The communication and service is excellent and the plants already look amazing - strong and healthy.

Good service and great pkants

We ordered 7 pots of 1.6m tall bamboo to hide a fence. Lovely plants in great condition. Couldn’t fault bamboo giant. I would have a word with the delivery company DX though. Pots were smashed, rolling around in the van and they wouldn’t leave the bamboo as stated. Luckily my neighbour took them in as I was on the school run. He said I would be back in 10 but they said no, but in the end left them with him.

Prompt, courteous service, good communication and lovely , healthy plants

Quick deliver. Well packaged. Ordered the 3m and was pleasantly surprised to see they were a lot taller. Getting them planted this week so hopefully they’ll give me the privacy I wanted. Can’t wait to watch them grow. Would definitely order again from you. Thank you.

Super helpful answering queries and delivered bamboos on time and all looking good

Really helpful phone first with Matt. Took his advice,he told me what they had in stock, ordered on line and delivered 48 hours later. Perfect!

Great quality, quick delivery. Follow up email with care information received. Fertilier/bamboo feed included Would recommend

Fantastic product, exactly as stated and quick delivery.

Lovely, full and healthy-looking Bamboo delivered a lot quicker than expected. Very pleased. Helpful communication and advice from Matt...they are just so nice to deal with. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!

A great customer experience. A lovely healthy plant delivered in good time which I am getting ready to repot. Sound advice given re maintenance, nutrition and general care. Plus a further reminder re specific watering needs. Most of all though was the excellent customer care received via email from ordering, delivery through to installation in my garden which I really appreciate and makes a huge difference to the overall experience. I would highly recommend BambooGiant and will be only too happy to order further plants from them in the future. J Toussaint

The whole experience from ordering on line to being delivered was excellent. It was my first time at buying plants on line. The quality of the bamboos is excellent. They are all potted up and are in my new boarder, with a collection of ferns. Thank you. I loved the your email prior to the delivery. Keep up the good work. A very happy customer.

Very pleased with the plants which arrived very quickly. I planted them straight away and it's been raining ever since.....perfect!

I purchased plants in the seconds category. They were in good healthy condition on arrival, on planting I noticed they were very root bound in pots so hopefully they will flourish now they planted and have more root space. The advice given over the phone was very helpful and the service fast and efficient. I would use again.

Brilliant service, quality plants and I loved the little follow up email on how to look after my bamboo! Can’t fault the service!

The bamboos arrived in excellent condition and well established, on the day specified. The gentleman we spoke to had full knowledge of the bamboo and helped ordering the right species for what we needed it for. We ordered 14 but got 15.

Great plants, healthy & strong. Great service, will be using again.

Tall healthy bamboo - delivered carefully.
