Fantastic product and service. Would definitely recommend Bamboo Giant.

Excellent service bamboo took 3 days to be delivered top quality plant nice and healthy and looks great in the garden

Excellent service, the website is very informative & easy to use. We chose the "seconds" bamboo plants, a little tattier than the others but still strong, healthy plants, and we were still delighted with the quality at the reduced price. Delivery was quick and we enjoyed the humourous email announced dispatch. All in all a great company to do business with, it definitely has the personal touch which is very welcome.

Great quality and service

Excellent service Matt is very helpful and on hand to give advise

Very nice plant, delivered quickly. Great service

Wow, what a wonderful company to do business with. We ordered 10 golden crookstem bamboo and were so pleased with the level of service we received from point of order to delivery to sending some useful tips on maintaining the bamboo. The bamboo arrived very healthy and as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anybody looking for Bamboo.

Excellent service and beautiful plants. Bought plants to form a screen around the patio - really pleased.

Very helpful staff, giving lots of advise and checking stock for me! The golden bamboo which has arrived is beautiful, tall and giving me great coverage!

Really impressed with Bamboo Giant! I ordered online, which always feels like a shot in the dark. But I needn't have worried: the plants are in excellent condition, and actually bigger than we expected. Super service!

I am really pleased with the 3 giant bamboo’s we purchased. They arrived within a couple days and delivery was well organised. They were bigger than I expected, however, that isn’t a problem for us. They seem to be very good quality.

Prompt delivery and I love the email you send to say Bamboo is on its way, it made me laugh

Excellent quality, fast delivery
