very pleased with our two 3 metre bamboos, they are in very good condition, thank you. They were planted next day in an "expensive" hole to give them a good start and have been watered at least twice each day in this hot weather. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent service and speedy delivery.

Quick delivery, one plant I ordered was damaged upon arrival. Once I sent a photo there was a no quibble replacement arranged within a few days. Very good customer service.

If only every company had a similar approach, the communication has been spot on, particularly at this difficult time... and of course, pleased with product.

Bamboo arrived in good condition, gave it a good watering and it's going great guns, arrived within 2 days ,follow up emails very funny and reminding you to water ,all in all a good experience,we even have her a name Monica I just know it's a girl bamboo

I'm very pleased with my two Bamboo plants arrived next day after ordering, well packed and looks very healthy, The information Matt gave me was very informative as I'm new to the bamboo family, the only thing I was a bit disappointed the was no information on care I e planting & watering, fingers crossed I don't kill them, All goes well I will be ordering again.

Great service. Really healthy plants and at a great price. Addition of a bag of fertiliser was a nice addition. Dispatch email was quite humorous as well.

Superb quality, service and delivery. Definitely best emails from any seller ever!

First class service from these bamboo suppliers. Plants delivered next day to NE Scotland in beautiful condition and upgraded in size at no cost to myself. Communications were prompt and entertaining. We love our bamboo. Only thing missing is a panda rummaging amongst the canes 😉 Have no hesitation in recommending this company.
