Was not certain what type of bamboo plant to get for a very specific location in my garden. Got in touch with Bamboo Giant and Matt took over the process, after I sent him a picture. To cut a story short, the final result looks stunning after buying a Bissett bamboo plant on Matt's advice. With some added diffused light in the evening, that corner has now become the focal point of my garden. Great thank you to Bamboo Giant.

Bamboo’s are great! I got a mix of black and green bamboo to put in with some older bamboo I have that has thinned out. The bamboos arrived promptly and delivery was great, Matt at Bamboo Giant is always super helpful with all queries :) this is the third time I have bought from Bamboo Giant and I 100% recommend them.

Great service plants arrived within a few days. Well packaged and a bag of food (free). It was good to get an email after delivery advising how to Care for plants and to ensure to water. The bamboo has been repotted and are growing really well.

What a fantastic company! Beautiful bamboos delivered very quickly with very helpful advice sheet sent by email. The bamboos also cone with little bags of fertiliser to give them a good start in their new home. Also wonderfulCustomer service . Through no fault of the company one bamboo was delivered while I was out and the delivery driver decided to wedge my bamboo under the garage company damaging the top third of the plant. I contacted Bamboo Giant and the immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent service and much appreciated.
