Great quality plants and great service. One of the plants I order was broken by the courier and bamboo giant sent a replacement very quickly. Fab!

Great Service and Great Product.

It's a rare retailer that combine the core essentials: excellent product, fair pricing and customer service that goes above and beyond just "good". BG score on all counts. They clearly love bamboo and go the extra mile to share their expertise and ensure buyers get the best result. When many are using Covid as excuses for minimal service BG shine as a good deed in a naughty world. Will use again.

Great pre order advice and great service and delivery.

Very pleased with my trees., now looking forward to seeing them grow! Excellent service and would highly recommend this company.

Great products, great communication, fast and reasonably priced delivery. Very pleased with Bamboo Giant, I’d definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Thank you, my bamboos were perfect for what I wanted!

Excellent product, great advice, lovely to receive follow up advice for our purchase. Definitely recommend

Excellent service and lovely ively plants

Great service and advice. Fantastic updates of the order sent via emails in a humorous yet professional way that made it feel more of a personal transaction.

I was pleased to get such a prompt delivery from the time of ordering and also receiving two well matched bamboos. My concern for buying without seeing was soon allayed. Thanks

Plants look amazing, already a great size. Very prompt delivery, cannot find a fault. Great service.

Prompt delivery and happy to add to the order even though we had already paid! Great customer service 👍

Terrific good advice love Matt’s watering reminders!

Excellent service

Excellent service and the Bamboo is a lovely specimen. Better and cheaper than the local garden centre. Definitely shop here again.

Great product, great service.

Nice healthy bamboos delivered, good interaction with the seller.

I was very impressed with the service of BambooGiant and would not hesitate to recommend them. We had a lovely email letting us know they were on their way, and then a follow up email to remind us to water and feed them, certainly not something I was expecting, but greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Great service, quick delivery and lovely healthy plants received. Certainly plan on buying more plants in the future.
