Great service with the most amazing healthy plants that were bigger than expected. The quick delivery, humorous email & follow up reminder to water all make up a great service. Would use again.

I am so pleased with my Bamboo, they are really tall, and much better value and condition than you get in garden centres, highly recommend this company first class service all round.

Great, healthy product. Well packaged and arrived safely. Nice comms too. I am really impressed.

Great products. Delivered swiftly in great condition with charm.

Ordering was very straight forward, with up to date information, about deliveries, and possible delays. Really pleased with the Bamboo once it had arrived safely looking very healthy and in good shape, despite it's size and transportation. a very nice touch, adding extra feed for the Bamboo, plus a curtesy email, enquiring how the Bamboo was settling in! Will certainly recommend, and hopefully purchase again, some time in the future. Many Thanks Kind Regards Michelle Cardy

Absolutely delighted with my bamboo, great plants for the price, just ready to plant on into bigger pots

Absolutely fantastic products - great quality, and super fast delivery. Previously ordered more expensive bamboos from other online sellers - but Bamboo Giant’s plants had more canes, thicker fuller foliage, were taller, and cost less! Highly recommended!

Excellent is the only word needed ! Communication, lead time, quality and value for money !

Nicely settled into their new home with new shoots coming.

Exceptional service. Good quality. Very good prices & Matt is very helpfull. Highly recommended.

Nice healthy plants, a pity the top was broken out of one presumably in transit, otherwise very happy with them.

We spent £700 on bamboo and 3 large planters. I am very very anal when it comes to detail which is down to my severe ADHD. I had called and also visited garden centres as well as trawling the internet all week before it all looped back to you and your advice, honesty and very gentle manner. I think I spoke to you at the beginning of the week but needed to know for myself I was making the right decision. And I did. I’m happy and so are my wife and children.

Thank you for my bamboo plants. Will def recommend you to others, like my friend recommended you to me.Kind reg Joanna

GREAT QUALITY BAMBOOS, DELIVERED CAREFULLY. MANY THANKS

The plants arrived quickly and well packed along with a free bag of fettiliser. They were in good health and looked wonderful despite being classed as 'seconds'. So far, they are thriving.

Very impressed with their service. Their funny delivery email was a welcome touch in this serious situation. I would recommend them to friends and family
