Fantastic service and product with very quick delivery. Thank you.

8ft bamboos turned up and they’re great thank you so much! I wasn’t expecting that!!

Great x love them.

Arrived within a few days of order, bamboo looks fabulous and healthy. Plus care instructions and follow up email. Excellent service.

Excellent speedy service. Amusing humorous emails too! :)

Perfect and amusing

Great choice, speedy delivery, healthy plants and a great height for screening

Excellent personal service.

Bamboos arrived safely and quickly. They are healthy and as tall as expected.

One of the best services I have had this year. Speedy delivery, great bamboo products at a reasonable price. I have already recommended to a number of friends. Thank you Matt and the team at Bamboo Giant.

Excellent communication, good bamboo. My only comment would be that one of the bamboo had about 2ft broken off the top. The bamboos were really well packed and protected so I guess the delivery company were not as careful as they should have been.

Fabulous bamboo plants. Great service. Love the emails!

Excellent service ! From the email confirmation, delivery time to the actual bamboo plants themselves, to the info in how to look after your bamboo. Everything was spot on ! Really happy and will definitely be using again m.

Fantastic service. Fast, expertly delivered and beautiful trees. After the initial 8 arrived we were so pleased that we’ve just ordered more. The screening effect has transformed our garden. Thank you very much.

Arrived on time, nice and healthy and doing well!

Fabulous customer service and bamboo! This company has been great from first contact. I didn't know what type to get and emailed; Matt replied within a couple of hours giving advice and recommending something different (and cheaper) to what I had planned. Delivery was delayed by a day during transit but again Matt was excellent with communications. The care sheets, complementary fertiliser and humorous emails really appreciated. Plant looks great too. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Bamboo was delivered in good time in good condition, with good supporting information on planting and maintenance

Absolutely brilliant service and advice. This review is more than one year on from purchase. Matt was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our lovely bamboo have thrived and grown both out and up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bamboo, 5 stars. Huge thanks 😊

Out standing company and the staff were so helpful in helping me choose the correct bamboo for my needs. Matt is the Bamboo "Master" and very, very helpful. We purchased 5 of the "Huge" Bisset which was 3mtr tall and until see it you don't realise how tall they actually are. Also they were an amazing price. Delivery was very quick which I was impressed with considering the size of the plants. The Bisset looks stunning in the bottom of our garden, and are planning to order more, once I've planned the rest of the garden. Overall Bamboo Giant are Outstanding from start to finish.

Very fast, prompt delivery. Nice customer service tone. Very fair pricing (beats others I've found). I'll be buying again!
