Really knowledgeable, superb communications and very helpful. Never bought or installed bamboo before due to fears of it taking over the garden, but was impressed by the hand-holding throughout and excellent customer-focussed attitude.

Great product but the delivery wasn't the best as the van was too small for the bamboo plants so they were bent over in the back. Also they hadn't been secured so when the driver opened the back the 7 giant bamboo plants were strewn about the back of the van at varying different angles and on top of each other! Luckily they were damaged but not ideal delivery unfortunately hence my 4 star review!

I never expected to enjoy buying bamboo as much as this. Lots of bamboo varieties to choose from, and two of our choices were upgraded as it was the wrong time of year for the black bamboo to turn black, which was a lovely gesture. The plants seem really healthy, lots of care instructions were appreciated, they arrived well packed with a bag of fertiliser for next spring, and I loved the delivery confirmation email. I also had a quick response to a care query email. And the bamboos now screen us from our neighbours in their new conservatory. I would definitely recommend this company.
