Speedy delivery and quirky fun email updates as well as informative after care correspondence . I would definitely recommend BambooGiant.

What a great company to buy from! Their website is very informative and the bamboo chosen was delivered quickly, looks healthy and was taller than expected which was a bonus. Communication from the company was excellent and delivered with a wicked sense of humour - thanks Matt! I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company or buying from them again.

Fantastic service and product

I wouldn't buy Bamboo from anywhere else we have 9 plants all from Bamboo Giant and they are fabulous nothing from anywhere else comes close for size, quality and value for money, the staff are caring , knowledgeable and patient with 1st time gardeners.

Great communications.Lovely healthy bamboo with very clear guidance on how to look after it: a care sheet and plant food for re-potting. Really happy!

Beautiful healthy plants. Now planted and doing well. Excellent information sheet arrived with plants plus feed.

Bisset bamboo 1.8m tall price £46.95 was very disappointing as not one cane is straight, everyone is curved. Definitely would not have bought one looking like this. Seconds Golden Crookstem 1.8m price £36.95. This bamboo is much better to look at than the more expensive one. Fargesia Volcano 60cm price £29.95 again bit disappointed with this one as its all flopped over so wouldnt have bought it, had I'd seen it first.

Very prompt service and updates to my order. Very pleased with my bamboo and the full instructions for its care are a great help. I have now bought two more to complete my garden. Thank you for your help.

I have found this company extremely helpful and a fantastic service provided. From a complete novice Bamboo owner, they were nothing but patient, polite and professional with some very basic questions going on! Their advice was great and the bamboo was delivered very prompt! Even after, their after-sales care was outstanding. How did they know to remind me to water them?!!! I had been let down by a bigger company in the past trying to order my Bamboo, so this was refreshing and certainly one to recommend.

From the online information and ordering process, through to the confirmation, excellent delivery and after care emails, the process is easy and the bamboo amazing.

Brilliant from start to finish. Great website with helpful information to make the correct choice. Excellent customer service, and of course, the bamboo is great too. Thank you, Rachel G

My third purchase, totalling 12 bamboos in three years, says it all really.

Fantastic service, great looking plant

Great, Healthy Bamboos delivered rapidly despite being in the middle of lock down! Just thinking where I can fit some more bamboos in my garden so I can order again! Thanks Bamboo Giant

Thank you so much Bamboo Giant for amazing service. Matt endured numerous questions about the specific bamboo I wanted prior to me purchasing and was always quick to respond with useful advice. The Bamboo arrived very well packaged and with instructions on how to care for it. Then a week later a little reminder email about caring for the bamboo. So far I can’t fault this customer service and would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you

Love the quirky messages and sound advice. My bamboo are now happily in the ground alongside well established siblings 😊 Thank you for a great service.
