Only had it a week. So far, so good! Delivery was very quick (which justified the expense of it!) The bamboo arrived in good condition and the height was as specified on the website. It looks lovely and is already shooting up madly, after only about a week after planting it in the ground. Was so packed with new roots it was difficult to get it out of the pot so hopefully it should carry on thriving. It’s a pleasure to see it growing. Very pleased so far. The dispatch email was hilarious! Loved it! And also good to get a reminder to water it (which has been done every day). Would buy again.

Excellent service, fast delivery of a large healthy Bamboo plant. Would recommend

First of all the website has very clear description on the product I needed, the order was very straightforward and the delivery very quick. Matt and the team were also very quick to reach out and make sure all was going well with the plants we received.Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and service and I will be recommending Bamboo Giants to friends and family.

Hi, great service with a little humour much needed in this rubbish times Thanks

Absolutely love my bamboo plants. They are the perfect screening. Service was second to none. Correspondence all the way from transaction to delivery to aftercare. Would not hesitate to buy again. Thanks Matt and team!!!!!

Delivered promptly as described and flourishing!

Website was simple to use and uncluttered. Plant advice and guidance was clear and useful. Delivery updates were accurate and met. After sales was quirky but also helpful. Great job!

Excellent service and I was impressed with the speed with which my plants arrived.

Healthy bamboo

Very professional customer driven! Do everything they promise and more. Would recommend to my best friend.

Fabulous service. Beautiful plant. Couldn't be happier

Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery and advice following planting. Product as described. Highly recommended.

Good selection and prices, however my bamboo was not in great shape when it arrived: most of the leaves had brown ends, lots were yellow with brown ends and the others were torn and tattered, resulting in me picking off dead and damaged leaves for a few weeks. There are new buds forming but I wish the plant was better watered and looked after at the nursery so I could enjoy it immediately,

I liked the product, the price and delivery was effectively and a pleasant experience. The perambulating humour and unnecessarily lengthy e-mails received? Not for me, clarity and brevity are preferable. That's a minor thing though.

Great bamboos

Very efficient and great customer service!

Arrived quickly and well packaged. I have bought from bamboo giant a few years ago (although I believe they were called something else then), and my bamboos are thriving. I came back because they offer affordable bamboo and I now trust them. It took me some time to do some research online however I came back to bamboo giant and I’m glad I did.
