Ordered 3 bamboo plants for my partners birthday from a national supplier, 2 days before they were due a very lame email stating they had no stock. Step forward BambooGiant , emailed Matt , asked for help . 2 days later , 8.30 am on her birthday, delivery of 3 fabulous plants . The service is brilliant, the quirky emails that follow the journey superb and the plants are top notch . Well done , would highly recommend to everyone.

Who knew I could get so much joy out of ordering some bamboo. This company and their people are amazing, and of course the bamboo is pretty snazzy too - my neighbours are jealous of how good it looks already. I would highly recommend for the bamboo alone, but the occasional informative email you receive takes this company a step above the rest.

Brilliant, wuu I ah I’d found these guys first! I ordered from gardening express who delivered a dead plant and as told to plant it and it would grow, which after 2 months I’d didn’t had to fight to get them to sort it which they didn’t, then ordered from primrose who didn’t delivery after 1 month, plants from giant bamboo are excellent, delivered when they said they would 100% recommended
