Lovely healthy plant delivered quickly and well packaged. Great communication throughout. Will definitely return!

Fantastic company; quick delivery and lovely bamboo. Great planting instructions and follow-up email to confirm watering needs 👍

Great communication, quick delivery and good aftersales care. Bamboo looks great, they seem like very strong and healthy plants.

Excellent... A Real human involvement at all stages... Just THANKYOU

Thanks so much to Bamboo Giant for our wonderful golden crookstem bamboo! What lovely colours and good condition - despite travelling all the way from Sussex to Cumbria by courier! The 7ft bamboo looks really lovely swaying in the wind. I will certainly deal with Bamboo Giant again! What fabulous service! I didn't expect the plant to arrive so soon! Much better dealing with a bamboo specialist! I have plans to order a black bamboo later in the year! J. Callan

We are so very pleased with the service received from Bamboo Giant. Matt has given us so much advice - much needed for novice gardeners! Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service - quick despite current challenges with the lockdown. Bamboo is just wonderful. Thank you Matt!

Excellent service and product Well protected plants during dispatch Very pleased

The order and delivery process was seamless, thanks. The quality of the plants not great though. One arrived completely parched right down to the roots and all three’s tips were yellow and pretty much dead. Not the lush, healthy plants I was expecting.

I am so very pleased with the plants supplied by Bamboo Giant. I ordered on a Friday and they were delivered the following Wednesday by 24 hour courier. They arrived in perfect condition - quite an achievement for such big plants - and they have great root systems, so I can tell they will thrive and grow now that they are planted out. I also loved the friendly and funny communications from Matt, and the advice and reminder about watering them for the first several weeks. I don't believe I could have got better service or planbts anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service, beautiful plant, thank you.
