Excellent service. The bamboo was delivered on the exact day stated in great condition at 8:00am during the lockdown period. All 9 pots were healthy and the height was as stated. I was in touch via the company’s chat room and was guided by Matt to the correct type of bamboo. I would recommend Bamboo Giant to anyone.

Great service! Lovely bamboo!

There were tears of joy in our sleepy hamlet, when the consignment of bamboo arrived. The delivery was heralded by an email explaining how the plants had been lovingly cut, cleansed, blessed and ceremoniously despatched. Small children stood in awe of the magnificence of the product .. tears of wonderment fell, unashamedly from their wide, innocent eyes. Such was the magnitude of the event and the immense quality of the product.
