I’ve never been so happy to part with my money. What a brilliant company, first class service, super quick delivery and post sales reminders to water my plants. Superb. The dispatch note is so funny I’d recommend you buy something just for that!

Very good and friendly I will order more

Excellent information when buying throughout and afterwards. Delivered on time as promised. Beautiful big healthy bamboo which has exceeded expectations.

Brilliant advice and service right through to after sale. Also bonus funny emails! Would not hesitate to go back and hope to soon. Thank you

Very good service. Product packaged excellently and the plant is great!

Lovely healthy plants with good instructions for planting and care. Excellent communication re delivery timing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Super swift delivery and well noted throughout. Really healthy plants, bigger than I expected. I can definitely say I’d return and recommend to others. Thanks!

Great customer service, advice pre purchase and perfect delivery. Bamboo is lovely (golden crook bargain plants), we are so pleased with it, my husband has become obsessed with looking at it to see if it's grown and watering it haha. It's being well looked after! Thanks for the reminders to water it too. Highly recommend Fab experience.

Our 3 plants arrived last week we’ve planted them into pots, just purchasing the pots before lockdown, whew! Wrestled the bamboo out of the nursery pots, they are now in situ and looking good. Look forward to seeing them grow and we will water them honest. Thanks for great service and advice. Marian and Keith

Mark has been more than helpful throughout from offering personalised responses at purchase through to ongoing care reminders via email after the plants arrived. They are all beautiful plants and very healthy as well as being supplied with free fertiliser to use when planting. I will be requiring more plants in the future and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for them than to Bamboo Giant. Exceptional service with personalised friendly helpful advice.

The plants were delivered in a timely fashion, despite the current chaos. Also, they came with sufficient guidance for an inexperienced gardener, like myself. I am watering them frequently - so hopefully all will be well.

Brilliant service fast response and delivery. Love the write ups on care and looking after the plants.

Nice strong plants. Quick delivery and at a good price. Can't wait for them to start spouting.

Excellent service and impressive follow-up.

Bamboo arrived in beautiful condition . Taller than I expected .well pleased with goods and service . Many thanks

Great service and follow up after the bamboo was delivered. Was very useful indeed to get advise from Matt prior to purchasing the bamboo. Would recommend.

Great advice and service

Amazing service and advice. Despite being in lockdown, my bamboos arrived promptly and in great condition. I originally ordered a different variety but Matt contacted me to say that he wasn't 100% happy with them and suggested other options which were looking much better. Followed his advice and couldn't be happier.

Matt was quite simply amazing, always happy to help with lots of advice following my many questions. Excellent service and we are really happy with the bamboo. Thanks Matt!
