Extremely pleased with my purchase , would definitely buy again

Great service from start to finish. The plants (2.5m Bisset bamboo) are very good quality, I'm really pleased with them. Matt was very informative and helpful over my many questions - thank you! I would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying.

Everything went as you said it would and I appreciated being kept informed. Thank you.

Excellent service and very good quality plants. I would be happy to recommend Bamboogiant.

loved the email confirming my order/delivery. good strong plants arrived quickly and look great

So delighted with this bamboo. Will definitely be ordering more.

Product arrived 2 days after ordering, well protected. Good healthy bamboo. Now planted and looking good, thanks good service.

Excellent service and a beautiful bamboo, exactly the size stated.

I rate this company very highly, from the stunning bamboo to the light hearted and funny emails that made me smile, arrived well packaged, with a little bit of food too. I did try to shop locally, they were so much more expensive and very much past their best in my local garden centres, so that is how I found BambooGiant. They deserve to be very successful and I recommend them.

Lovely bamboo, I ordered the bisset bamboo and it’s gorgeous. Had a very helpful conversation with a guy before I purchased the bamboo. Gave me some good advice. Would use again without hesitation.

Extremely pleased with the product and the service. it is worth dealing with this firm just to receive the quirky emails.

The bamboo plants are great and look fantastic. The whole experience with Matt at Bamboo Giant was excellent. Good advice and prompt replies to my questions I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
