Following the arrival of our bamboo my husband and I donned saffron robes (old curtains), took the bell off my bicycle and circled the bamboo plant six times whilst chanting Hari Krishna to the beat of the bicycle bell. Matt was really helpful in all aspects; communication was excellent (with just a slight hiccup on the delivery date - but we won't mention that!) The bamboo was delivered in good condition, well wrapped, and is now looking very much at home in my new Japanese garden.
