Great service and plants

5 star

6*service with out of box approach to the client. Amazing customer service, fantastic communication. And plants were really cheap in comparison to any other seller. Healthy and tall plants arrived, delivered by a friendly driver. I can't praise them enough.

Really helpful, very knowledgeable and the bamboo arrived at the speed of light. Really like the humour in the emails!

Lovely plants and quick delivery

Very good product and very helpful team on the other end if there are any concerns or questions. The delivery process could perhaps be more gentle on the bamboo however this is a small point and overall I am very happy with the quality of the product I bought; my bamboo has had a good start in life and can now thrive with me.

Delivery and communication etc was all excellent although a bit disappointed with the plant. It only filled a fraction of the pot, had a lot of brown leaves and a number of the stems do not appear to be ‘black bamboo’

Would go as far as calling the experience as unique. First class service and bamboo with a friendly humorous touch often lacking these days. Many thanks

My Bisset bamboo arrived on time and was actually 20cm taller than I’d paid for! Very happy with everything, great communication and I enjoyed the story in my email very much.(no spoiler) Would highly recommend
