I found the process of researching and purchasing bamboo from BambooGiant fairly easy The pre and post delivery service was clear and helpful. The products were delivered as promised to the address I had requested and on time. The bamboo was as described on the website. The email communications from BambooGiant were relevant, personal and helpful with a significant touch of humour :) All round and excellent service.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. When I spoke to the team they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Bamboo was delivered on time and looks fantastic. And enjoyed all the stories that came with the updates. Would highly recommend

Promised me a fine specimen and delivered it

Witty horticulturists who love their plants! What can I say, the bamboo reflects the individuality of the growers and fits perfectly into my moveable garden. Amen brother, amen.

Excellent service And bamboo trees

I’ve had a few plants now and as usual good prompt delivery, good healthy plants, a little bigger than I expected, but that’s a good thing. And yes I am watering them well.

Order dispatched very quickly with good advice on planting to achieve best results. Bamboo is all that I had wished and more. Would recommend on quality and service so far received.

A very good service, helpful staff and seedy delivery

Bamboogiant have been excellent! When ordering the plants we were given first rate advice and the plants arrived promptly. The after care has been informative and useful and with a good dose of humour which we have really appreciated. I have already recommended Bamboogiant to family and friends. Thank you. Very easy to purchase bamboo online with Bamboo Giant. Their website is very informative, and the bamboo arrived quickly and in perfect condition. You even get emails reminding you to water the bamboo. I would buy again from Bamboo Giant

My bamboo arrived well wrapped and it was safely deposited by the side of the house as I was not home. I planted it out immediately and have been watering it religiously. I am amazed at the size of my bamboo, it puts garden centres to shame and the price here was much better too, I am delighted!

Received our order of 6 Bissetti bamboos. Outstanding quality and a lot larger than we thought. Carefully wrapped and a free bag of fertiliser. Speedy delivery with a courtesy email after a few days with care and advice. Would highly recommend this family run business first class from start to finish. Thankyou from very happy customers.😊
