Over the moon with my bamboo. Rang BambooGiant and after speaking to Matt I purchased 3 bisset which are non-invasive. My wife was so pleased she wants some more which means I will have to find room in the garden to accommodate them. First class company for advice and after sales service. You even get complimentary fertiliser.

Excellent service and advice given, answers given within an hour using Facebook messenger. Plants were taller than I was expecting and mean we have a near instant screen and hedge.

Great service Great Bamboo

Absolutely fabulous service, bamboo arrived as advised, it’s a really healthy plant. Also very useful care information and advise. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Nice big healthy golden bamboo. That sums it up really .Delivered on time as well .

Delivered quickly and left where I had asked them to be as I knew I would not be in.

Excellent service with advice on phone before buying, clear despatch details and follow up emails. The bamboos are excellent and thriving within a few days of planting

First class service throughout

Bamboos arrived in great condition and very healthy. Great communication throughout via emails. Will be using again for sure.

It has to be said that the courier company let them down with a late delivery but the customer service is the very best I have ever experienced. Also very pleased with the bamboo and care tips. It is clear that this company has a passion for bamboo and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Good work Matt

Brilliant Company

Very pleased with the very healthy bamboo I received. Delivery was prompt and aftercare excellent. I would definitely use BambooGuant again.

Black bamboo was a present for my hard working son who has had his eyes on one for ages. Finishing touches after a complete refurb of his garden. Delivery was prompt, and email prompt to water it after planting was very good. Son said it was really tall. He’s happy, so am I !

Fantastic bamboo

Matt was really helpful in advising what I needed for the space I had. I sent him photos and dimensions and he promptly responded with suggestions. My order was quickly dispatched and my plants look great in the space and provide the privacy I needed.

Really lovely bamboo that seems to have taken well too. Very happy.

fantastic service. i was it was as easy dealing with everyone as it was dealing with them.

We had a wonderful experience with BambooGiant. From receiving email guidance from Matt on planter size and planting advice to a fast delivery and a wonderful product, what a great service!! The plants themselves are such better quality than any I saw at garden centres and at a much better price. Thanks BambooGiant!

Great website, good prices, fast delivery and a really funny email to let you know when it’s on its way. Definitely be using these guys again!
