What a great company to deal with. Bamboo arrived in excellent condition and very good after care too - especially Matt.

Great service and loved the sense of humour on the email correspondence! Plants a bit shorter and spare than I'd expected but hopefully will soon grow.

I’ve ordered two bamboo plants, and despite some issues with delivery online service was top spec. Email communication with Matt was 100%. Super helpful, replied immediately, kept in touch and resolved the issue with no problems. Amazing service, would use this company again!!

Excellent service! Follow up email reminding it’s time to water. Nice touch.

Brilliant

Great communication from Bamboo Giant- good quality plants arrived - very happy. Thank you.

Bamboo arrived quickly. Big healthy specimens - would certainly recommend BambooGiant.

Perfect - I arranged a delivery date on the phone and driver even brought the plant through to my back garden. The plant was even taller than I imagined and provides a little privacy for us over my neighbours new floor to ceiling window. The plant is in excellent condition and I just hope that I am able to take care of it using the care directions which came with my bamboo.

Matt was so helpful, so polite, bamboo I ordered was lovely, they were for my son and he was very happy with them, delivery was so quick, would definitely buy from again, they even sent me a message about watering to make sure they got enough in this dry weather at the moment. Very happy

Plant arrived in reasonable and in reasonable condition. Well packaged. As a natural product grown outdoors it had some browner le@ves as expected

Good service and quick delivery. I liked the follow up emails which gave you advice and were also very funny. The plants were exactly as described so very happy.

.

Monks did well. Glad you enjoyed celebration. Bamboo now looking quite at home here in Bayston Hill.

Great company, super fast and full of personality!

Lovely plants, promptly delivered. Great service all round!

I can highly recommend BambooGiant. The ordering process was very easy and included advice on the type of bamboo I needed. I was promised my delivery on a certain date and it arrived on that date. The plants were of good quality and the company followed this up with advice on how to care for the plants. A very professional company and a pleasure to deal with.

Very pleased. Good healthy looking plants and packed well. Excellent customer service and I really enjoyed the email s before and after they arrived. Only slight disappointment was the delivery. Driver just left them at the bottoms of my drive and they were blowing and rolling around on the floor when I got home. Plenty of places they could have been left that would have prevented that. Overall though I would recommend.

Excellent bamboo - great quality - very healthy - and delivered on time.

Excellent and honest service - fabulous bamboo great quality

Looked better than pic, told me when it would arrive and it arrived when they said, all good
