Great service, great product

Easy to navigate the web site with plenty of information regarding which bamboo would suit my garden. I was kept informed about the dispatch and delivery of my order which arrived within a couple of days, safely packaged and ready for planting.

Bamboo arrived in perfect condition, much better and bigger than the ones sold in garden centres for far more money! Customer service is fantastic... You are even sent emails reminding you to water your bamboo! If your sceptical about ordering plants online as I was do not hesitate to order from Bamboo Giant as your will not regret it!

The Bamboo arrived very well packaged with netting and tape. The family run business also enclosed a small free bag of fertiliser. Very good quality Bamboo, great prices and the communication was excellent along with their sense of humour! Would definitely buy again.100% Recommend.

Received within a good timeframe and bamboo was healthy and looks amazing. Thank you

Fast delivery. Trees are great quality at a fraction of the price you would pay in a garden centre. Loved the humorous e-mail advising the trees had been dispatched. Great follow up customer service regarding caring for our new trees.
