Great service, kept up to date of delivery and reminders for watering are a great touch. I was surprised at the condition of the plant when it arrived though. I expected it to look healthier but maybe that will com after repotting in a larger pot

Allowed an order for delivery to go through their system for an area they do not deliver too. Was rectified quickly when I the customer contacted them. Would definitely need to update their ordering system or website so this does not happen.

I can’t comment on how good this bamboo will turn out. But it arrived looking in excellent condition possibly more expensive than my garden centre but from a bamboo supplier you would expect to pay more I was impressed with the customer service ,well informed ,the order arrived on the day time slot given ( not easy during Covid19) and these lads have a sense of humour and I like that
