Excellent Having grown bamboo in London I needed advice on which type to purchase for a rural exposed site. I telephoned and was given excellent no nonsense advice. I purchased my bamboo which arrived within days looking fabulous and well worth the money I had paid for them. I don't review purchases normally, however, the follow up email to remind me to water my bamboo pursued me to write this, I would recommend this company, their products are good and customer service excellent and I hope to purchase further beautiful bamboo specimens in the future.

Enlightenment awaits Very happy with my purchase, plants great. Feeling very Zen.

great! All aspects of the process was seamless and very happy with the bamboo!

Brilliant service The trees arrived in record time, brilliant quality & loved the customer service Well done

Excellent service, and fabulous plants! I decided to ordered some Bamboo plants online from The Bamboo Company as I'm unable to drive, due to medical reasons. I was a bit hesitant at first, knowing that I wouldn't be able to choose the plants, but was delighted with the plants when they arrived! Big,busy, healthy looking plants ????. The service was excellent too, and the plants arrived within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend the Bamboo Company!

I highly recommend them I found them friendly, helpful and professional and everything went smoothly with the delivery. They are also very knowledgeable.

Excellent service Excellent service, great quality plants, would definitely recommend

very original Ienjoyed the original confirmation note and the followup reminder to water the plants.

Good service from The Bamboo Company We ordered 6 tall bamboo plants. Everything was really good, from the ordering, the customer service and the delivery. They are now duly planted in our garden to give us some much needed privacy! I would definitely order from these guys again.

Quick delivery, lovely healthy plants. I was slightly nervous of buying such expensive plants without seeing them but need not have worried. Plants arrived quickly, well wrapped to protect them and are lovely and healthy. Will use again.

Black Bamboos - good quality I ordered 4 black bamboos a few months ago and they were delivered in excellent condition and have grown well since planting them. I like this company, they have excellent customer services.

Excellent. All most five stars Only let down by a very unhelpful delivery person.

Ordered 3 bamboos Beautiful healthy plants, delivered fast. Would recommend to anyone . Very happy.

Very happy I bought two bamboo plants to see if it would work as a fence. Delivery was fast and the plants are so healthy - I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be buying more in future to complete my fence.

Always buy from a specialist grower!! I received my beautiful bamboo within two days of ordering. It was really green and healthy and unlike the pot bound plants you often get from a garden centre had amazing roots. I have already recommended the company to my friends. Thank you.
