What is a pleasure placing an order with brainstorm. Great prices pretty fast shipping A+ seller.

Always quick to respond and to send supplies.

The Teslin waterproof paper has always arrived promptly. Love it for our orienteering maps.

My order was shipped the same day and was received undamaged. The product is as advertised and makes very impressive ID cards. The no seam or oversized laminating pocket make the cards very professional. This was my second order and will be ordering again in the future, Great Product!

Easy online ordering and prompt delivery.

Customer service is top notch, especially when you first start printing. Your questions are answered quickly and accurately. Really great service.

Excellent and fast shipping service.Shipping

Items arrived on time for our event and were just as advertised.

Easy to order Teslin online. Timely delivery.

Perfect waterproof ink jet paper for our swim club workouts! Ordered one day, arrived the next day. Will buy again as this paper eliminates the need for sheet protectors, tape, bags etc and can be easily passed around wet hands.

Very quick response to order, received in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great product. Quick delivery.

Excellent products and a great ID maker web app! Great prices too!

Very high quality materials. Allows creation of professional quality badges without the annoying square corners. Great alternative for business that need small runs without braking the bank on an ID printer. The main downside is you must have a hot laminator that can handle the increased thickness of paper and butterfly sleeve. The off the shelf Scotch type laminators will not process your items. Brainstorm does sell a laminator for the purpose.

Your customer service skills is really lacking. I received the wrong product so I emailed your company on 9/5 at 2:52. Auto response said you would respond in 2 hours. On 9/8 at 12:57 I emailed again because you won’t publish your phone number. I later received email asking for photo. I immediately sent photo. On 9/9 I emailed again 2:44. Later I received email giving me a return label which now I have to drive into town and pay $2.52 to print label. I was also told you sent me correct order. In between this I found phone number which of course was automated that you will respond within 2 hours. 5 days to get this resolved!!
