I bought 14 mil Teslin papers, 10 mil laminating sheets, a die cutter and a laminator machine. I uploaded 471 clients and used the barcode from Brainstorm ID. The 471 clients were uploaded in seconds and were sent back to my computer almost immediately. Adjusting the printer so the ID lines up with the die cutter takes a little longer since I have to line both columns up. The customer service was extremely great and they reply to every silly question I sent them. There is one problem I have not solved which is saving the template to my computer for later use. I have not reached out to Brainstorm ID about that yet. As far as I know, Mac does not support Adobe. I have a few more hundred to print, but I will definitely use this company again. With your help, this task was a lot easier than anticipated.

Are there instructions on how to install card printing tray in TS702A printer

I paid the extra 15 bucks to get one to two day delivery but company dropped the ball and didn't send it till 4 days later because priority shipping doesn't kick in until the label is made and it's turned into the shipping company so what's the point of trying to get something rushed delivered to you if they can't get this small little item throw in an envelope and in the mailbox and expedient manner but it is an okay product even though the software or the website I should say that you're supposed to work off of is very limited and it's capabilities you cannot import your own photos that I could figure out that would be easy but not without having to rewrite a program pretty much they say you only can use their templates you can export their templates onto your computer and then import them back in so I don't understand how you're supposed to be able to add your own pictures and stuff on there I guess just with the camera but then I had problems with the border and it printing the actual size sizes are limited to whatever they put on there you cannot enter your own number as far as dimensions go just stuff to think about if I would have known the rear printing tray on My new Canon can handle PCV cards I would not have ordered this j tray because I have now figured that out and have no use for it just the cards which work really well I would have bought a cheaper printer but now that I use it I do appreciate the get what you pay for saying sorry for such a long review thanks

Once I figured out how to install the tray, (There is a unidentified packing clip on the printer preventing you from pushing the tray in) everything worked great. The templates provided and print quality exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the wrong part and they paid for shipping back and sent me the correct part quickly and followed up with me couple times thru everything to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend them to anyone!!
