This is a great little tray and worked fine without any problems. Easy to use. Just follow the arrow on the tray and insert into printer. One recommendation to the developer of this product. It could b much better if you put an additional arrow on the edge of where the cards are inserted into the tray to align the tray with the printers arrow of alignment. Not more It worked fine for me.
