First, I found a previous order from last year and selected reorder. The item I received was NOT the same product or even from the same company. It's much thinner and I can barely see the hologram after it was placed on the ID, which was the main reason for the purchase. When we tried removing the hologram it left a sticky substance behind. We had to reorder that employee's ID.
