Love my crossover symmetry! It is so versatile and really helps to work the stabilizer muscles in the upper body and now with the other hip & core system you can get your whole body involved. I have found it so helpful with my clients to correct posture and alignment as well as injury prevention. I am still learning more and can't wait to utilize all the things that crossover symmetry has to offer. If you aren't using these pieces of equipment you are definitely missing out on some great tools for yourself and your clients!

I have two boys that play baseball and football. One being a QB. These bands have been a game changer for both. arm-care and strength! Easy to follow instructions. We need to spend more time with the hip core. They have only done the warm ups.

Great product. I used a stud finder to attach the hooks to my living room wall. Not the look for everyone I know, but it makes it super convenient. The videos that come with the purchase are great. I mainly follow the video instructions but sometimes I'll make up my own routine. I got the 3lb and 10lb resistance bands which are sufficient (I'm a 35 year healthy male) but I may eventually get some more resistance bands for more variation.

Two years ago I injured my AC joint doing Devils Press. Since then I have been working religiously to do the activation program daily as well as the iron scap 3x a week - it has totally changed my posture and my shoulder mobility as well as my shoulder strength. After years of using Crossover Symmetry nearly every day, one of my cords finally gave out, so I had to purchase a new set. I suddenly didn’t know how to warm up without my cords! Also enjoying teaching my 9 year old the movements to prep for his workouts! He loves having his own set of cords!

Recovering from rotator cuff surgery and these bands are the perfect choice to recover faster. My orthopedic surgeon examined me at 3 months post surgery and stated he typically doesn’t see my kind of recovery until 6 months. Well worth the price

The Hip & Core system saved my back. I had been suffering from a back injury in June. Went to orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, and finally a movement specialist who recommend the system. It took time. The first two weeks I was frustrated at not being able to do any heavy lifting and gradually bringing it back into my routine. But after three weeks of sticking to it twice a day, I was finally able to do Olympic lifts without any searing back pain. What a relief. I’m planning on ordering the heavy set and sticking it with it. I’m a believer!

Great products, excellent customer support, quick shipping! CS had a buy one, get one sale and I needed to replace two sets of bands. The website showed one of the bands as "out of stock" and the sale was about to end. I sent an email asking if I could purchase at the sale price and wait on backorder until the second set was available. I received an email the next day telling me the second band had just come back in stock, my cart had been updated and I was provided a link to my updated cart. All I had to do was go to my cart and the purchase was all setup - pay, ship, receive... all super easy! Oh by the way - CS shoulder system is amazing! I used it as soon as I was allowed following rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders (not at the same time). CS supported my PT/rehab program and had me back to pain-free full range of motion quickly.
