It was super easy to order from Crossover Symmetry. I am a physical therapist and I was ordering all the levels of bands for my clinic. They were having a BOGO deal when I placed my order. When I placed my order they did not have the lightest bands in stock and I accidently only put 5 things into my cart when I ordered. I called them and they were quick to answer and they were more than happy to throw another set into my order. They had the lightest bands back in stock and they threw them in with my order.
Everything arrived on time and we have been using them consistently in our clinic. I would definitely work with them again and will order more as our clinic grows.

The original bands I bought broke at the handles, customer service was very quick at getting back to me and providing me a new set of hands to replace the broken ones under the 2 year warranty.
Crossover Symmetry has been a big bonus to our training programs here at Evolution Athletics and Canes Illinois. It has really streamlined our training protocols for both pitchers and position players.
I started using crossover symmetry because I was having shoulder pain after having surgery to fix a torn rotator cuff tendon. I have been doing the activation exercises 5 days a week as part of my warm up. After a couple months, I no longer have pain in my shoulder.
I ordered from this company for the first time to rehab a bad shoulder. I ordered an extra set of bands but inadvertently ordered a duplicate size. I contacted customer support immediately to assist me with an exchange. They simply sent out the correct sized band and allowed me to keep the extra one. I thought this was very generous an appreciated the effort very much!
Paid for 2 bands, only got one. Never received the other. I notified the company, they said they would take care of it, that was a response a few weeks ago. Hopefully it will get taken care of….
Crossover Symmetry stands by their word. I had a couple of shoulder bands to crack. Once I contacted COS they immediately replied back and gave instructions on how to report my concerns. The process was so easy and fast. I appreciate COS because the bands are used 80% of the time at Be Bold Fit. Thank you you all your excellent customer service.
5 stars for a phenomenal product. 1 star for shipping company. I received notice my most recent order for the hip and thigh band was sent to an old address and I have yet to receive.
Great product. Stay consistent and you will see results. The shoulder fix program has really been helping my shoulders (one has a torn bicep tendon at the shoulder and one has a torn rotator cuff). I don’t want to go the surgery route so this is definitely a great alternative.
Excellent customer service, seems to be a solid product, once you use it a few times you’ll know the movements and zip through them. It’s a part of my daily routine now. About 2-3 weeks into it, can say my bursitis pain seems to be improving.
