I am a big fan of this program which I am using to recover from a shoulder injury. The materials are high quality and the instruction is super spot on. Excellent work!!

The app is moderately OK, but my main complaint is that it's difficult/click-consuming to navigate to what I need. Hard to pick up where you left off on the programming, and hard to just find the video on the movement you're trying to do off the display card. However, the equipment is good and I'm happy with that. Results - jury is still out. Will need more time doing the program to see.
